Original modern Brazilian Portuguese Electrical technical specifications in bidding RFP Os painéis para o sistema de controle de velocidade, serão instalados internamente, invólucro IP 52 e devem ser fornecidos completos, prontos para funcionar, com todos os equipamentos, instrumentos, barramentos, fiação, etc. Devem ser constituídos de estruturas de aço, rigidamente montadas, formando um conjunto auto-portante capaz de suportar sem deformações os esforços normais resultantes do manuseio dos componentes nele instalados, bem como os esforços provocados no embarque e transporte. A estrutura será totalmente recoberta por chapas de aço lisas e sem rebarba, que serão dobradas e aparafusadas na estrutura de modo a permitir a montagem, ampliação futura e manutenção dos equipamentos instalados. Na seção vertical deverá possuir na sua parte traseira chapa removível aparafusada, enquanto que na parte frontal deverá ser utilizada porta com dobradiça bicromatizada com pino de latão ou zincado. O rodapé será fabricado com chapas de aço perfil "U", soldadas, formando um conjunto rígido e resistente aos esforços, evitando deformações e desalinhamentos. Todas as portas devem ter aberturas de 115°, devem ser providas de gaxetas de neoprene para impedir entrada de pó. As dobradiças devem ser embutidas, e com fecho de atuação em três pontos com fechadura. O acesso aos equipamentos será feita pela porta frontal através de portas com fechaduras Yale. Todos os elementos de fixação, tais como parafusos, porcas, arruelas, etc., deverão ser bicromatizados. Devem ser previstos aberturas de ventilação, convenientemente dimensionadas e localizadas, com filtros removíveis que garantam grau de proteção estabelecido para os equipamentos. O fundo inferior deve ser fechado com chapa metálica ou celeron. No teto devem ser instalados tampas de despressurização basculantes que se abrem automaticamente ao se produzirem sobre-pressões internas (no caso de curto-circuito). A abertura deve ser em tal direção que os gases sejam jogados na direção oposta a de um operador que esteja ligando manualmente a proteção geral. Essa tampa deve possuir dimensões mínimas de 500 X 300 mm, com elemento de articulação executado com material não-oxidante, cuja articulação não seja prejudicada com o decorrer do tempo. A tampa deve abrir e permitir a passagem aos gases com uma pressão mínima de 0,001 kg/cm². As tampas de despressurização são utilizadas quando a profundidade do painel é maior ou igual a 910 mm. Os componentes do circuito primário e secundário, ou seja, barramentos, transformadores de potencial, transformadores de corrente, transformadores de controle, relés, medidores, devem ser separados por barreiras metálicas aterradas. |
English Translation: Electrical technical specifications in bidding RFP--J Henry Phillips All panels for the speed control system shall be installed in IP 52 enclosures and furnished complete and ready to work, with all equipment, instruments, contact bars, wiring, etc. These must be solidly-built steel structures, forming a self-enclosed assembly able to withstand without deformation all normal stresses involved in the handling of its internal components as well as those experienced during loading and transportation. The structure shall be completely covered in smooth sheet steel with no jagged edges, braked and so bolted together as to allow mounting, maintenance, and future upgrades of installed components. Each vertical section must have a removable, bolt-on back plate behind, and a door in front with a chromed hinge and brass or zinc-coated pin. The baseplate must be made of welded, U-shaped sheet steel, forming a rugged, sturdy assembly able to withstand stresses without shifting or deformation. All doors must swing open 115° and be provided with neoprene gaskets to exclude dust. All hinges must be built-in, with three-point latches and locks. Equipment shall be accessed through the front, by way of doors fitted with Yale locks. All fasteners, such as bolts, nuts, washers, etc., must be chrome plated. Conveniently sized and located ventilation openings with removable filters, to guarantee the degree of protection rated for the equipment, must be included. The bottom must be sealed off with sheet metal or fabric-reinforced phenolic laminate (Celeron). Swing-open vent lids must be installed on the tops, to open whenever internal overpressures are produced (as by a short-circuit). The opening must be in such direction that the gases be expelled away from an operator manually resetting a breaker. Minimum dimensions for this lid are 500 x 300 mm, with the hinge element made of rustproof material and whose functioning must not become impaired with age. The venting lids must open and allow passage of gases at a minimum pressure of 0,001 kg/cm² [1.4 psi]. All components of the primary and secondary circuits, that is, contact bars, voltage transformers, current transformers and control transformers, relays and measurement probes must be partitioned off by grounded metal barriers. |
